Republic Act 10121 established the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (NDRRMF), and is funded annually under the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for disaster risk reduction, mitigation, prevention, recovery, and reconstruction efforts to address the impact of natural or human-induced calamities.
