Total Coverage of Philhealth. As of June 2013, the total number of Philhealth members and dependents has reached 80.6 million. Growth of coverage has been uneven since 2008, with marked decrease in 2010. As a percentage to total population, growth of coverage peaked at 86% in 2009 and dropped to 76% in 2010.
